En su último día, nuestro Director hizo entrega de los certificados de asistencia y participación junto con unos regalos al profesorado y alumnado alemán en la biblioteca. A continuación, realizamos una visita cultural e histórica por el Museo Cueva Siete Palacios y el Castillo San Miguel donde tanto estudiantes españoles como alemanes pudieron conocer de primera mano algunos de los restos arqueológicos más importantes de época fenicia, romana o árabe al igual que la función defensiva que nuestra fortaleza tuvo en la zona del Mediterráneo. Nos gustaría agradecer al Ayuntamiento de Almuñécar por su colaboración incondicional en los proyectos Erasmus, ofreciendo siempre la posibilidad de visitar ambos lugares de interés de forma gratuita. Para concluir la semana, profesorado y alumnado de ambos centros disfrutaron de un agradable almuerzo poniendo punto y final a esta semana de intercambio de experiencias, enseñanzas, habiendo sido muy exitosa. Agradecemos también la implicación, predisposición y comportamiento del alumnado en la realización de todas las actividades. También a la Agencia Nacional del SEPIE y la Unión Europea por dar la oportunidad a los centros educativos de poder disfrutar de estos intercambios culturales con otras escuelas dentro del marco europeo.
REVIEW DAY 5: IES ANTIGUA-SEXI – SCHULE AN DER DEILICH
On the last day, our Director presented certificates of attendance and participation along with gifts to the German teachers and students in the library. We then went on a cultural and historical tour of the Cueva Siete Palacios Museum and San Miguel Castle, where both Spanish and German students were able to see first-hand some of the most important archaeological remains from the Phoenician, Roman and Arab periods, as well as learn about the defensive role that our fortress played in the Mediterranean area. We would like to thank Almuñécar Town Council for its unconditional collaboration in Erasmus projects, always offering the opportunity to visit both places of interest free of charge. To conclude the week, teachers and students from both centres enjoyed a pleasant lunch, bringing to an end this very successful week of exchanging experiences and learning. We would also like to thank the students for their involvement, willingness and behaviour in carrying out all the activities. We would also like to thank the SEPIE National Agency and the European Union for giving educational centres the opportunity to enjoy these cultural exchanges with other schools within the European framework.
